These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of netapi.io (the "Site") and the purchase of NetAPI optical transceivers and related products ("Products"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be authorized to make purchases on behalf of yourself or your organization. If you create an account, you are responsible for the credentials and the activity under that account.
2. Orders and pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated and exclude taxes, duties, and shipping unless stated. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion and refund any payment collected for cancelled orders.
3. Shipping and delivery
Most in-stock SKUs ship the same business day for orders placed before 3 p.m. ET. International orders are subject to customs clearance and import duties payable by the buyer. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
4. Warranty
NetAPI Products carry a 5-year advance-replacement warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions. The warranty covers DOA, optical performance failures, DDM drift beyond MSA-defined alarm thresholds, and physical failure under normal handling. It does not cover physical damage from mishandling, damage from out-of-spec optical input, or damage from operation outside the rated temperature range. Full warranty terms are available on request.
5. Free Vendor & Compatibility Exchange Program
Customers who purchased Products directly from NetAPI or an authorized reseller may exchange Products under the program described at /programs/exchange. Eligibility, limits, and process are documented on that page and apply in addition to these Terms.
6. Returns
Unused Products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, less return shipping. Used or installed Products must be processed under the warranty or exchange program above.
7. Intellectual property
All Site content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of NetAPI or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any Site content without our written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NetAPI's aggregate liability arising from or related to the Site, the Products, or these Terms is limited to the amount paid by you for the Products that gave rise to the claim. In no event will NetAPI be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold NetAPI harmless from any claim arising out of your misuse of the Products or your violation of these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above and announced on the Site. Continued use of the Site or placement of new orders after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
